How should I store my Chef Preserve jars after opening?
To maintain peak freshness and flavor, all jars should be refrigerated immediately after opening and consumed within 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you use any artificial preservatives or additives?
No. We pride ourselves on using traditional preservation methods with natural ingredients like lemon juice, sugar, and pectin. Our products are 100% natural and non-GMO.
What happens if my glass jars arrive broken?
While we pack our products with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the package within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada to ensure our products reach you quickly and in the best possible condition.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, all of our fruit preserves and savory spreads are naturally gluten-free and vegan-friendly, as we do not use gelatin or honey in our base recipes.
